I opened a pack, pouch, or box, so why didn’t I get anything?

Go to your Profile > Settings > History. Your History is where you can see a complete list of everything you’ve opened in the app. If you tap on any pack there you can also see what you got inside, even if it didn’t appear the first time you opened it. If you don’t see your purchase there, then we didn’t process it, which is why nothing appeared.
