I got a new device and it says that my account is already registered to another device. Does that mean I’m locked out of my account?

If you can’t log in on your new device because your account is still registered to your old device, email us at support@myquidd.com and we’ll get you moved over safely. Your whole collection will still be there, waiting for you.

    Please direct me to instructions for moving from one device to another without being locked out of your account for days.

    What about when it's the same device that needed to be reset. I've been locked out of my account for 2 days and who knows for how much longer.

    Why is it you can't log out of your account?

    How is it that there isn't a quick automated way to do this that doesn't take days?
