If this is your first offense, your account will be automatically suspended, disabling your ability to comment on a feed article, send a trade post, chat with friends, and trade with fellow users. You can still view your collection and otherwise use the app. This state is temporary and will only last a brief period, likely less than one day.

If this is your second or third offensive, the length of your suspension will be considerably longer, if not permanent, following review by a Quidd Pro.

    I got suspended and over 2 days later I'm still banned

    I haven't been online in many days now and I try to do anything and get an improper credentials pop up. Seeing as I haven't been online, what could be a possible explanation for this?

    I was returning from my work break when it says I was banned from trading and "this user is suspended". As of now it's been 3 days since and still no word from devs or any updates to my profile. Really annoyed since I spent around £10 just before this once sent happened

    I'm not banned, but I can't login anymore on my iPhone. My iPad is fine.

    iPhone app  goes to facebook to authorize account and after that Quidd  asks for login again. And again. This is annoying!

    It keeps saying invalid credentials and will not let me log in and quidd will not respond please help I'm confused do I need a update

    I was also suspended for the first time for obviously being reported by someone? It says now been a few days and I am still suspended. I'm really mad as I've spent a little bit of money on this game and would continue to do so if unblocked. Otherwise I will be deleting the app. It states that if it's the first ban it will be a brief period, likely less than a day? I don't understand. They also never respond to emails! Please help me out.

    Yea they don't care to to respond but owell this type of thing will get them a lot of 1 star in app store and others will see how they don't care about us just our moneys but the app is cool but just sad that the staff don't even bother to fix this it's bad enough the tapjoy never works

    So true! They really need to work on their customer care base... I've gotten a couple of friends into this game and I've told them about it and they're not happy at all with the situation either! It really is an awesome app but they really only do care about the money it seems...

    I am having issues also. If you are suspended, do they notify you or just suspend you?

    I submitted an inquiry and Quidd told me I must have accidentally created a new account. I have not heard back from them.

    Likely less than a day? I did nothing wrong and they suspended me for 3 days!!! This app clearly needs to work on customer service.

    It is also a first "offense" even though i did nothing wrong! If it is likely less than a day, then why am i suspended for 3?! Quidd is a liar and i might delete if they keep lying and falsely accusing!!!

    Yeah I was suspended for I don't know what reason. They unblocked me after 4 days, so hopefully it is roughly the same for you. Made me absolutely furious! Even worse that they never replied to emails asking what was going on.

    It's a shame quidd never got back to my request/ticket, but if anyone is having "Invalid Credentials" error, you MIGHT need to log out, and sign back in, ONLY if you signed up with facebook!

    Me and my brother are suspended from quidd. I sent an email and they responded. They said that our accounts have been permanently suspended due to violating their terms of service. They said that the first offense will result in a temporary suspension but we were suspended permanently out of the blue. And we don't even know what term of service we violated

    I got suspended as my brother was disrespecting people on the posts so then I tried to explain to Quidd Meghan but she wouldn't listen. She only responded twice but those replies were just about the TOS not helping the situation. I'm really tired of this customer service since I've been suspended for over 3 weeks. The only kinda helpful thing she said was "You will be suspended for an unknown period of time. I'm suspended for commenting on posts (which I understand) Trading (Which is why I'm about to quit Quidd) And making showcases (WHY SHOWCASES??) I'm really upset about this but the worst part is it wasn't my fault.

    "This state is temporary and will only last a brief period, likely less than one day" Funny cause from what i remember it wasn't a day more like a whole week... and this was my first suspension so i did believe what you guys said but you basically lied to me and you also haven't responde to any of my emails =/

    I was wrongfully suspended. I was reported because people assumed that the raffle I was doing was a scam because the grand prize was a deathclaw. However, because people assumed I was scamming, I now cannot give the prize away as promised, making me look like a liar and a scammer when it is not at all my fault. Please remove my suspension.

    I have been suspended they have never told me how long and I need to know I emailed they said they will look into it and I can't any of the quidd moderators so I can't ask them

    I haven't been able to log into my account for two months, I've emailed them, filed for requests, changed my password multiple times and nothing has worked nor have I received an answer.
